The Falcon Health Clinic is recognised by most health insurance companies and if you wish to claim your treatment on insurance, we will try and make this process as easy as possible for you.

Most insurers usually need a referral from your GP. Once this has been done your insurance company will issue you with an authorisation number.

Payment to the clinic from insurance providers do vary; some will pay the clinic direct on your behalf, and some will ask you to pay the clinic, collect your receipts and claim your fees back from your insurers. Please ensure to clarify with your own insurance provider on how your fees will be paid before confirming your booking.

In the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with the insurance company we ask that you settle your account with us and follow this up directly with the insurer. A full copy of our Health Insurance Policy will be given to you if you are planning to claim.
